IMPORTANT UPDATE  SEPTEMBER 2, 2020 school meals 20/21


At the direction of the USDA, the school Food Service program has received funding to provide free to go meals, until December 23, 2020 or the funding expires. Meals will include one lunch and breakfast per day available starting Tuesday Sept 8, 2020. They are FREE to all children under the age of 18 . More clarification is expected soon from the USDA.

For planning purposes, the District is requesting families pre-order the number of meals they will request for each day per week.  Meals should be ordered no later than Thursday at 8:00 am for the following week.  

If your student is attending school ONSITE the meal does NOT require a reservation and is FREE to all students in grades K-12 in attendance. When onsite the breakfast will be available at school and the lunch meal will be sent home with the student when leaving for the day. On days not attending onsite use the meal request below.

There are three ways to place an order for meals:

  1. Go to this link: Meal request pre order and fill in the details requested. This link is available 24/7 and is accessible through the district  website.  

  2. If you do not have internet access, you may call 608-592-3855 ext. 1017. Leave a message indicating how many breakfast/lunches PER day for the entire week and the location of pick-up.

Monday meals will include:  Mon. lunch - Tues. lunch & breakfast & Wed.  breakfast

Wednesday meals will  include: Wed.  lunch - Thur. breakfast & lunch -  Fri. breakfast & lunch & a  Mon - breakfast 

The meals will be available for pick up at the following locations from 11:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. You will need to specify when ordering what building you chose for pick up.

Pick up  will be drive-thru style when weather permits, with staff bringing the meals to your vehicle. If inclement weather, enter the building for pick up following social distancing guidelines. MASKS must be worn during pick up (even if in your vehicle).

The menu is available on the Mealviewer website. Current supplies may alter the menu and it is subject to change.  While every effort will be made to provide meals to all participants, supplies may be limited. This service may be altered or suspended as mandated by the USDA/DPI School Nutrition Programs. The meals will meet USDA nutrition guidelines but are not guaranteed to be allergy, gluten, or dairy free. Stay current on updates by visiting the District website frequently. Any daily change to the meal offerings will be updated on the District web site (could exclude holidays). 

If your family is experiencing a hardship in picking up meals you may contact the District for more information. If you have an emergency and can not pick up a meal that was pre-ordered please contact the food service department  and cancel the order.

Infinite Campus Food Service Account

You may view your Food Service account information within Infinite Campus by clicking on the Food Service account link or the Infinite Campus parent portal link. You will need your Infinite Campus portal activation key for first time setup (this has been mailed to all families currently enrolled and new families will receive it upon enrollment).

The account is a PRE-PAY system, monies must be available in the account for the students to make purchases! The low and negative balance Messenger phone notification system is active. Families will be notified of their current balance when the account falls below $20.00 per family. If the account is negative NO purchases will be allowed until a payment is received or a food service staff has been contacted. Click the link to view the Food Service Account Balance Policy

The online payment option is available for deposits in the family food service account! Log in to the IC parent portal and click on the PAYMENT link on the left side. There is NO convenience fee charged when completing any type of online payment.
