COVID Testing site is located at the Lodi High school, in the entry of  Door V (Gym entrance) on the east side of the building between the stadium and the pool doors.

Be sure you are pre-registered: The first time you visit the site you will need to follow the registration at www.lifepointlink.com/noah/outreach - COVID testing Noah Labs. Please pre-register before arriving at the site. Each person testing will need a separate username and password, but all results can be sent to the same email. Once you are registered you will not need to register again. At the site please bring a paper to give the testers with the name and birthdate of the student or staff member being tested.

Updating your student building location: Please follow the step-by-step instructions, available by clicking the blue button below, in updating the building that your child will be attending school in this year since many grade levels have changed to different buildings.
