Please Note:

• The trailer cannot be used for private events such as weddings, wedding showers, baby showers, graduations, and birthday parties at this time

• All requests are subject to approval by LCAT staff

• The trailer must be taken as a full unit (i.e. certain items cannot be removed and used by themselves)

Lodi Pride Event Trailer Information

The Lodi Pride Event Trailer has everything you need to hold a neighborhood block party. That’s right! The Lodi Community Action Team, working with local vendors, has put together the complete package for you to host a neighborhood block party.

Here’s how it works:

1. Complete the form above, read the User Agreement, and submit the form.

2. Within 5 business days of submitting your form, you should receive an email confirmation of your event date and further information for your event.

3. 24 hours before your confirmed delivery date you will be contacted by email to confirm delivery arrangements.

4. After the party, everyone cleans up and puts everything back in the trailer. At the arranged time, the trailer is brought back to the parking lot across from the Lodi Elementary School. The driveway is located off of School Street in Lodi.

5. If you are dropping off the trailer outside of school hours, you can place the keys in the plastic pouch located on the inside wall of the trailer near the side door.

What is included in the Lodi Pride Event Trailer:

• Tables and chairs for 40 people

• 2 - 12′x 12′ canopy

• Large garbage cans

• Lawn games

• Table games

• 2 - 5 gallon water & lemonade thermoses

• 2 - commercial coffee makers

• 1 - ice tub

• Propane grill & grilling utensils

Who can use the Lodi Pride Event Trailer?

Anyone who lives within the School District of Lodi can use the Lodi Pride Event Trailer.

What type of events can it be used for?

We ask that all events be family-friendly and community-based. The purpose of events are to bring our community together.

Can alcohol be served at events with the Lodi Pride Event Trailer?

The main goal of the Lodi Pride Event Trailer is to bring community together for family fun. As such, we ask that alcohol not be provided.

Is there a deposit or any other rental agreement?

There is no deposit to use the Lodi Pride Event Trailer.
