The operational referendum (5-Year, Non-Recurring)
This referendum would authorize the District to exceed the revenue limit by $5.98 million annually to support:
- Sustaining instructional & extracurricular programming.
- Providing targeted interventions and supports to students who need them the most.
- Ongoing technology updates.
- Competitive staff compensation, enabling the district to attract, recruit, and retain high-quality staff.
- Progress toward bringing certified staff compensation to 90% market.
- Compensation increases for support staff.

Capital Referendum
This referendum would be financed over 20 years to fund.
- Remodel Career and Technical Education spaces at the high school.
- Renovate the high School indoor pool.
- Remodeling the high school physical education, athletic, and pool locker rooms.
- Creating two new practice fields at the Primary School for soccer, football, and other activities.
- Constructing a new varsity baseball field at the Primary School.
A Foundation Built by Our Community
At the heart of our facility planning is the Community Viability Team (CVT), a diverse 15-member group of local leaders, neighbors, staff, and students. The Board of Education is deeply thankful for the months of rigorous analysis this team volunteered to invest in our district. From classrooms to athletic fields, the CVT evaluated current and future needs against core principles of accessibility, community use, and fiscal responsibility. The referendum before you represents the culmination of their student-centered advocacy and collaborative effort.
