Face Masks change as of 9/20/21

Covid Testing at Lodi High School

Hours for COVID Testing Has changed as of Monday, January 10, 2022 to 8 am to 12 pm
For additional sites to test click here

COVID Testing site will be to the east side of the High School at the Door V entrance. This is located between the stadium and the pool entrance. Testing is available Monday-Friday 8 am to 12 pm. No appointment needed. Testing is offered for students, staff and their immediate family members who are symptomatic or close contact.

The first time you visit the site after November 8th you will need to follow the registration at - COVID testing Noah Labs. Please pre-register before arriving at the site. Each person testing will need a separate username and password, but all results can be sent to the same email. Once you are registered you will not need to register again, just give your name and birthday at the testing site.
